He founded a waste management company acquired by a Fortune 500 company before co-founding Ice.com and Diamond.com, which grew into two of North America's most recognized e-commerce destinations over 15 years. Ice.com served as an early proving ground for the buy-now-pay-later model, where Nick Molnar helped develop Multipay before founding Afterpay. Since founding Kli Capital in 2015, Shmuel has invested in over 90 companies across multiple sectors.

Stephanie leads new investment directions and supports portfolio companies across all industries Kli invests in. Holding a Ph.D. in Physiology from McGill University, Stephanie applies rigorous analytical thinking to her investment work alongside hands-on entrepreneurial experience. During her Ph.D., she co-founded PteroTech, where she led product development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization across the US and Indonesian markets.
