Before founding Kli Capital, Shmuel Gniwisch spent more than 35 years as a serial entrepreneur and operator across technology, e-commerce, and fintech.

He founded a waste management company acquired by a Fortune 500 company, then co-founded Ice.com and Diamond.com, which grew into two of North America’s most recognized e-commerce destinations over 15 years.

That background shaped Kli’s founder-first approach: ask better questions, move with conviction, and understand what is really at stake while a company is still being built.
